I was originally trying to make a cute drawstring purse. What I ended up with was a great little bag that can be used for almost anything.
Supplies:
4.25 mm crochet hook
worsted weight yarn in your desired color choice
ribbon that coordinates with the yarn
stitch marker
scissors
ruler
Abbreviations Used:
ch --- chain
Rnd(s) --- round(s)
sc --- single crochet
st/sts --- stitch/stitches
trc --- triple crochet
dc --- double crochet
sk --- skip
slp st --- slip stitch
Notes:
--- Be sure to move the stitch marker up as you complete each round.
--- Any color of yarn can be used, but I find that multi-colors give the finished bag an interesting look.
--- Yarn, rope, or cording can be used in place of the ribbon.
